| 摘 要： | 概述了农村集体资产产权改革的意义,以洞头县北岙街道为例,介绍了温州市股份合作制改革实践的经验,分析了温州市集体资产产权制度股份制改革的主要成效及存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The significance of the reform of rural collective property rights system was summarized,taking the case of Bei’ao Street in Dongtou County,the experience of the reform practice of Wenzhou shareholding cooperative system was introduced,and main achievements and problems of the reform of Wenzhou collective property rights shareholding cooperation were analyzed,and the corresponding policies suggestions were put forward. |
