杞麓湖叶绿素a与水质因子时空分布特征及相关性研究

摘    要:目的]研究杞麓湖叶绿素a(Chl-a)与水质因子时空分布特征及相关性。方法]2010年1~9月,对杞麓湖Chl-a及水质因子进行监测,并运用相关分析和灰关联分析,对Chl-a与水质因子关系进行研究。结果]杞麓湖水体中Chl-a含量具有明显的时空变化特征,总体趋势是平水期丰水期枯水期。Pearson相关分析结果显示,在平水期时,Chl-a与pH和TP呈极显著正相关关系;在枯水期时,Chl-a与TN呈显著性正相关关系;在丰水期时,Chl-a与各因子并未表现出明显的相关性。灰关联分析结果表明,在杞麓湖水体中,对Chl-a含量影响较大的环境因子有pH、WT、SD、TA等,而对Chl-a含量影响最大的则是湖体内的N、P营养盐含量。结论]该研究为杞麓湖富营养化的治理与合理开发提供了理论依据。

Study on Temporal and Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Chl-a and Water Quality Factors in Qilu Lake and Their Correlations

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of Chl-a and water quality factors in Qilu Lake and their correlations.Method] From January to September of 2010,Chl-a and water quality factors in Qilu Lake were monitored.By using correlation analysis and grey relational analysis,the relationships between Chl-a and water quality factors were studied.Result] Chl-a concentration in Qilu Lake had obvious temporal and spatial variation characteristics.The total trend was decreasing according to normal water period,high water period and low water period.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that Chl-a presented significantly positive correlations with pH and TP during normal water period;Chl-a presented positive correlation with TN during low water period;Chl-a didn’t present significant correlation with any factor during high water period.The results of grey relational analysis showed that the environmental factors having bigger influences on Chl-a concentration in Qilu Lake were pH,WT,SD,TA and so on.The contents of N and P nutrient salts had biggest influence on Chl-a concentration in Qilu Lake.Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for treatment and reasonable development of eutrophication in Qilu Lake.
