| 摘 要： | 本文考察了近代西欧乡村经济和城市的发展,认为近代欧洲城市在推动资本主义经济发展过程中发挥了重要作用;城市发展对西方市场经济的发育成长、私有财产的保护也有重要作用,亦促进了乡村经济的发展。工业革命以后,城市的发展进入了一个新的时期,西欧乡村城市化的进程加快,进一步推动了城乡社会经济的发展。在新的历史条件下,我国应借鉴西欧国家乡村城市化发展的经验,大力推动乡村城市化发展进程,促进社会主义市场经济健康快速发展,以改善民生,增加就业,增进人民福祉。

| Abstract: | This paper examines the development of rural economy and urbamzatton In west ern Europe and the author believes that modern European cities had play a vital role in driv- ing the capitalist economic development, fostering the western market economy and protec- ting the private property, which promoted the rural economic development. After the Indus- trial Revolution, the urbanization came into a new era which had speed up the process of ur- banization in rural areas of West Europe and urban social economic development as well. Un- der the new historical conditions, China should learn from the experiences of rural urbaniza- tion in the countries of West Europe, promote vigorously rural urbanization process in China and stinmlate socialist market economic development healthily and rapidly to increase em- ployment and improve people＇s livelihood and well - being. |
