义乌市建设用地空间格局变化及驱动力分析

摘    要:依据2008年Landsate 5TM、2014年和2019年Landsate 8OIL的3期遥感影像资料,运用遥感平台,采取面向对象的分类方法获取义乌市近11年建设用地数据,采用GIS空间统计与景观指数分析方法,宏观研究义乌市2008—2019年建设用地空间格局变化。结果表明,2008—2019年间,义乌市建设用地的变化速度达5.55 m2/a,各镇街的面积扩张处于持续增长状态,不同镇街的建设用地变化速度和相对变化率不同;建设用地的图斑数、最大斑块指数逐步增加;2008—2019年建设用地的重心转移方向出现先向东北方向后向西南方向偏移的特征。对人口,经济,政策等因素分析表明,人口的快速增长、经济发展的多样化和政策诱导是建设用地变化的主要驱动力。

Spatial Pattern Change and Driving Force of Construction Land in Yiwu City
Abstract:According to the remote sensing image data of Landsate 5TM in 2008, Landsate 8OIL in 2014 and 2019, the data of construction land in Yiwu in recent 11 years were obtained by using the remote sensing platform and object-oriented classification method, and the spatial pattern changes of construction land from 2008 to 2019 were studied macroscopically by using GIS spatial statistics and landscape index analysis methods. The results showed that the change rate of construction land in Yiwu reached 5.55 m2/a from 2008 to 2019, the area expansion of each town was in a continuous growth state, and the change rate and relative change rate of construction land in different towns and streets were different; the number of patches and the maximum patch index of construction land gradually increased; the center of gravity of construction land shifted first towards the northeast and then towards the southwest. The analysis of population, economy and policy factors showed that rapid population growth, diversification of economic development, and policy guidance were the main driving force of construction land change.
