PP333对百合试管苗壮苗和生根的影响

摘    要:目的]探索多效唑的适宜浓度,提高百合试管苗的质量和移栽成活率。方法]研究不同浓度PP333(0.3、0.5、1.02、.0和3.0 mg/L)对百合试管苗的壮苗和生根的影响。结果]适当浓度的多效唑能明显提高百合试管苗不定芽分化的数量,促进试管苗根的分化,提高生根的数量。多效唑对百合植株有显著的矮化作用。随着PP333浓度的增加,其矮化效果明显加强。1.0 mg/L PP333能有效地壮苗并起到矮化的作用;当PP333浓度为0.3~1.0 mg/L,百合试管苗的生根率和平均根数明显高于对照;当PP333浓度为2.0~3.0 mg/L时,百合试管苗的根变黄、变短。这说明低浓度PP333对百合试管苗的生根有明显促进作用,而高浓度PP333对百合试管苗生根有明显的抑制作用。结论]适于百合壮苗的最佳PP333浓度为1.0 mg/L。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to explore the suitable concn.of paclobutrazol(PP333) and increase the quality and the transplanting survival rate of test-tube lily seedlings.Method] The effects of PP333 with different concn.(0.3,0.5,1.0,2.0 and 3.0 mg/L)on cultivating strong seedlings and rooting of test-tube lily seedlings were studied.Result] PP333 at proper concn.could obviously increase the number of differentiated adventitious buds in test-tube lily seedlings,promote the differentiation of roots in test-tube seedlings and increase the quantity of roots.PP333 had a significant dwarfing effect on lily plants.With the increasing of PPP333 concn.,the dwarfing effect was obviously strengthened.PP333 at 1.0 mg/L could cultivate strong seedlings effectively and play the drawftng role.When the concn.of PP333 was 0.3~1.0 mg/L,the rooting rate and the average root number of test-tube lily seedlings were obviously higher than that of CK.When the concn.of PP333 was 2.0~3.0 mg/L,the roots of test-tube lily seedlings became yellow and shorten,which indicated that PP333 at low concn.had an obvious promotion effect on the rooting of test-tube lily seedlings,while PPP333 at high concn.had an obvious inhibition.Conclusion] The best concn.of PP333 for cultivating strong lily seedlings was 1.0 mg/L.
