| 摘 要： | 用大体解剖学与组织学方法，研究了双峰驼爪的结构。双峰驼爪分为爪褶、爪壁和爪底三部分。爪褶覆盖于爪壁背侧面上部，由表皮和真皮构成。其表皮由基底层、棘层、颗粒层、透明层和角质层组成；真皮内有乳头，伸入表皮的角质小管中。爪壁由外层、中层和内层（小叶层）组成，内层有初级小叶和次级小叶。爪底在远指（趾）节骨屈肌面之前，远脂（趾）节骨掌侧面。其表皮的结构与爪褶表皮的相同，真皮内有丰富的汗腺

| Abstract: | Twenty digital parts of the extremities were used to investigate the anatomicand histological structures of the claw in bectrian ceamel.The results showed that the claw contained three parts:the fold,the wall and the sole.The fold.covered on the superior part of the dorsal surface of the wall,consisted of the epidermis and dermis. The epideimis was composed of thestratum basale, stratum spinosum,stratum granulosum. stratum lucidum and stratum corneum;within the dermis,the popallae were present.The wall contained the stratum externum. stratummedium and stratum internum;the stratum internum possessed both the primary and secondarylaminae.The sole situated in the front of the surface of flexor and the palmar side of the distalphalanx. Its epitiermis had the same structures as that of the fold.and within its dermis there wereabundant sweet glands. |
