| 摘 要： | 论述了在高温烟气下的热管换热器的设计方法及为保证热管安全运行所采取的关键措施，在新型热风炉上的实验研究结果表明，将热管应用到粮食干燥热风炉中是可行的有效的，解决了目前热风炉存在的寿命短，热效率低等两大难题。

| Abstract: | There exists two serious problems in the most hot blast furnaces used in the grain dry-ing system, which are short lifetime and low efficiency. Having adopted the new heat pipetechnique in the new type of the hotblast furnace, authors solved the key problems. This pa-per deals with the design method of the heat pipe exchangers in the high temperature com-bustion gases and the key measures to ensure safe operation of the heat pipes. And the exper-imental research was made in a new type of the hot blast furnace developed by the authors.The results stated that the use of the heat pipes in the hot blast furnaces was feasible and ef-ficient. |
