宁夏枸杞主要栽培品种的DNA多态性分析

摘    要:目的]分析宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)主栽品种的DNA多态性。方法]采用RAPD技术,利用11个经筛选在样品间具多态性的10碱基随机引物对4个宁夏枸杞主要栽培品种DNA进行PCR扩增;以Ntsyspc2.1软件计算样品间的遗传相似系数,并进行UP-GMA聚类分析。结果]在样品间共产生99条RAPD标记带,其中多态性带44条,多态性百分比为44.44%;宁夏枸杞栽培品种间遗传关系较近,特别是宁杞1号和宁杞2号,相似性系数达80%。结论]为宁夏枸杞宁夏枸杞种质的利用、保存及种质资源库的构建提供理论基础。
