摘    要:以不同抗性品种柱花草为材料,研究接种胶胞炭疽菌后过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及H_2O_2、胼胝质含量的变化。结果表明:与对照相比,除高感品种的CAT活性于接种后降低外,高抗品种及中抗品种在试验中均有升高过程,其最大增幅与品种的抗病性呈正相关。除高抗品种的SOD活性于接种后降低外,其他品种在试验中均有升高过程,高感品种的增幅均大于中抗品种,且出现增幅的时间早于中抗品种,SOD活性的增幅与品种的抗病性呈负相关。接种后24 h,高抗与中抗品种接种处理的H_2O_2含量均升至最大值,而高感品种H_2O_2含量达最大值的时间稍滞后,高抗品种能更快、有效地调动H_2O_2介导的防御机制。高抗品种胼胝质含量大约是其他品种的3~5倍,且与抗病性有关,中抗品种TPRC90087接种处理与对照的胼胝质含量差异较小,中抗品种CIAT184和高感品种在受病原菌侵染后可能通过胼胝质的积累来抵御病害。

Abstract:The activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),the contents of hydrogen peroxide and callose were measured in four cultivars of Stylosanthes differing in disease resistance,Tardio,CIAT184,TPRC90087 and Graham, following inoculation with conidial suspension of Colletotrichum gloeos poriodes.CAT activity was induced and increased in the high or mediately resistant cultivars during at experimental period except the susceptible cultivar after the inoculation.It seemed that CAT activity was positive correlated with the cultivar resistance to the disease.SOD activity was induced and increased in the mediate or susceptible cultivars at some experimental period except the high resistant cultivars,SOD activity in the susceptible cultivar was increased higher than that in the mediate cultivars,and the maximum of enzymes appeared earlier than mediate in the resistant cultivars,which seemed that SOD activity was positively correlated with the cultivar re- sistance.The contents of hydrogen peroxide in the high and mediate cultivars reached peak at 24 h when inoculated by the pathogen,and susceptible cultivars reached peak at later time than in other three cultivars.It seemed that defense response in high resistant cultivars mediated by hydrogen peroxide wes induced rapidly and effectively.The contents of callose in high resistant cultivars were nearly three to five times of other three cultivars,which could he related to high cultivar resis- tance.But,there was little change in the callose contents when the mediately resistant cultivar TPRC90087 was inoculated by the pathogen.CIAT184 and Graham could defense pathogen infection by accuamateing callose after inoculated by the pathogen.
