摘    要:研究不同浓度的ABA对无逆境胁迫下的栝楼幼苗生长和部分生理指标的影响。结果表明,ABA可抑制其主蔓的伸长,促进叶面增大,使其壮苗指数、地上干物质重、根冠比增加;ABA可降低叶片蒸腾速率,提高叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖含量和净光合速率;对叶片可溶性蛋白的影响不明显;综合评价ABA对栝楼幼苗质量的影响,以质量浓度为30mg/L的ABA处理有利于幼苗的生长。

Abstract:The effects of absicisic Acid(ABA) at different concentration on growth of Trichosanthes kirilowii seedling were studied under no adversity stress environment in this paper.The results showed that:(1) ABA at appropriate concentration could reduce the length of main seems and increase leaf area,as a result,increasing sound seedling index,dry weight of overground parts and the root /shoot ratio;(2) Treatment with ABA could reduce transpiration rates and increase the net photosynthesis rates as well as the soluble sugar content,but its effects on chlorophyll soluble proteins of leaves were not significant.As a whole,ABA at the concentration of 30mg/L could promote the growth of Trichosanthes kirilowii seedlings.
