| 摘 要： | 目的]建立盐酸二甲双胍格列吡嗪胶囊中桂皮醛的含量测定方法,用于建立盐酸二甲双胍格列吡嗪胶囊的质量标准。方法]采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱（250mm×4mm,5μl）;流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸（60：40）;流速1.0ml/min;柱温40℃;检测波长254nm。结果]桂皮醛线性范围为0.03388～0.16940μg（r=0.9996）;平均回收率99.00%,RSD为1.17%。结论]该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为盐酸二甲双胍格列吡嗪胶囊的质量控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish the content assay method of glipizide metformin hydrochloride capsules by HPLC for establishing the quality standards of the drug.Method] HPLC method was conducted under the following conditions:RP-18 column (250 mm×4 mm,5 μl),methanol:0.1% glacial acetic acid (60:40) as mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 ml/min,column temperature as 40 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result] The linearity range was 0.033 88-0.169 40 μg (r=0.999 6),the average recovery rate was 99.00%,and RSD was 1.17%.Conclusion] The method was accurate,credible and good repeatability,which provided a basis for the quality control of glipizide metformin hydrochloride capsules. |
