土壤盐碱对桑果及桑叶营养成分的影响

摘    要:试验以园土为对照,对盐碱地上桑树"大十"的叶片和果实的营养成分进行了分析。结果表明:盐碱土中桑果和桑叶维生素C和蛋白质的含量均显著高于对照,其中桑果中维生素C的含量为对照的3.67倍,蛋白质的含量为对照的1.48倍。盐碱土中桑果大部分矿质元素的含量均高于对照,其中P的含量是对照的2.06倍;桑叶中的微量元素均低于对照,其中Fe和Mn的含量与对照差异显著。盐碱土中桑果必需氨基酸的含量是对照的1.56倍,总氨基酸的含量是对照的1.53倍;而桑叶中必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的含量均明显低于对照,分别是对照的65.30%和80.26%。两种土壤中桑果和桑叶必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例相差不大,均在40%左右。

Abstract:Taking the garden soil as control,nutritional components of mature leaves and fresh fruit of mulberry Dashi was analyzed under saline soil.The results indicated that the contents of vitamin C and protein of mulberry fruit and leaves in saline soil were higher significantly than those of control.In mulberry fruit,the content of vitamin C was 3.67 times,and protein was 1.48 times as control.The contents of most mineral elements in mulberry fruit were all higher than control,and P was 2.06 times as control.In ...
