摘    要:本研究以不同钾水平的烟株为材料 ,通过病毒侵染后叶片内源保护酶活性的变化 ,探讨了烟叶含钾量提高后对烟株抗病性增强的原因。1 材料与方法1 .1 试验材料用烤烟栽培种 NC89作为供试品种。采用盆栽试验 ,供试的塑料盆装入过筛 (孔径为3mm)后的土壤 1 kg。试验土壤为粘盘黄棕壤 :有机质含量 0 .89% ,碱解氮 72 .2 μg·g- 1 ,有效磷 ( P2 O5) 1 8μg· g- 1 ,速效钾 ( K2 O) 1 40 μg· g- 1。 K处理 :按每公斤土 0 .1 g N;0 .2 gP2 O5 和 0 .2 g K2 O比例拌入硝酸铵、过磷酸钙和硫酸钾 ;-K处理 :氮、磷用量相同 ,不施钾肥。每盆植…

Abstract:The activities of POX,SOD,PAL,and CAT were increased markedly after infected with TMV and CMV . Enzyme activities were different under different potassium contents. The enzyme activities were respectively decreased with infection. But the POX,SOD,POL,and CAT activities of the high potassium were higher than those of the control. These variations were the adaptive reaction to the infecting virus, and it might help the tobacco to eliminate large activated oxygen which was produced after infection so that improving the resistance to disease. The potassium could improve internal source protective enzyme activities and remain high enzyme activities for a long time. The phenomenon of decreased chlorophyll content and the increased MDA content and permeability of plasma membrane were controled by improved potassium status.Thus, it would improve the resistibility of tobacco leaf to diseases.
