| 摘 要： | 当前开展的社会主义新农村建设,不论在理论界还是在实践中都存在着忽视转变农民思想观念的问题。而如果农民的思想观念不能彻底向现代化转变,则所有新农村建设的实施都将成为空谈,甚至会造成像城市现代化过程中出现的思想观念混乱、经济发展偏颇的现代性危机。文章运用历史和逻辑统一的方法,从理论、历史、现状3个层面进行分析,认为虽然经济基础决定上层建筑,但思想观念作为上层建筑对经济的发展也会产生一定的反作用;中国在近代现代化的实现过程中,正是由于在不同的阶段都程度不同地忽视了思想观念的转变,才造成了中国现代化进程中的现代性危机;同时从农民现状来看,思想观念更是滞后于现代化的进程。因此,从伦理的规范、道德的重建、传统的继承等方面转变农民的思想观念就成为新农村建设中不可忽略的重要内容,成为关乎新农村建设成败的关键所在。

| Abstract: | In current developing socialism new countryside construction, both in the theory and in the practice have the question of neglecting farmer''s idea transform. If farmers can not completely change their traditional idea to modern, all the construction of new countryside will become empty,even cause modern crisis such as ideas confusion, lopsided economic in urban modernization process. Using integrated history and logic method, the article analyzes from the theory, the history and the present situation, and thinks that although the economic base determines the superstructure, ideas as the superstructure also can have the certain reaction; In modernization process, it is the neglect of idea transformation in different stages that led to the modern crisis during the process of Chinese modernization. Meanwhile farmer''s idea is behind the process of modernization. Therefore, farmer''s idea transformation such as ethics standard, the moral reconstruction, the tradition inherits become the important content and the key of success or failure in the new countryside construction. |
