| 摘 要： | 以汪清县为例,通过对汪清县征地区片进行划分,对其征地区片综合地价进行测算,并对测算结果进行分析。结果表明,汪清县征地区片综合地价的调整完善可以解决目前征地区片综合地价中存在的区域划分不合理、区域间补偿标准相差较大、个别地区补偿标准与经济发展不适应等问题;可以保障被征地农民的自身利益,对于依法做好征地补偿安置工作具有指导意义;可以更好地推进全县城镇化科学发展,保障经济持续稳步健康发展。

| Abstract: | Taking Wangqing county as an example,through the division of land expropriation in Wangqing county, to calculate the area of comprehensive land levy, the results were analyzed. And the results showed that Wangqing county integrated land price adjustment to perfect the regional division,wich could solve the unreasonable regional division of existing comprehensive land price,the large difference between regional compensation standards,the maladjustment between compensation standards of individual regions and ecnomic development. And the self-interest of land-losing farmers could be guaranteed,which had guid-ing significance to the land compensation resettlement work in accordance with the law. And the scientific development of county urbanization could be promoted to guaranteed sustained,steady and healthy development of economy. |
