摘 要: | 在两个供磷水平下,以2个磷高效玉米基因型*082和178和2个磷低效玉米基因型掖107和7922为材料进行试验,研究了不同磷效率玉米基因型在低高磷之间的相对生物学指数、相对根系分泌物指数、叶片的两种活性氧清除酶——相对超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)和相对过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)以及相对丙二醛(MDA)含量的差异,其结果表明:磷高效基因型的相对生物学指数、相对根系分泌物指数和叶片的相对活性氧清除酶活性均比磷低效基因型高,而相对丙二醛含量比磷低效基因型低。表明磷高效基因型比磷低效基因型具有较强的低磷忍耐能力、分解吸收磷能力、活性氧清除能力和自我修复能力。

Abstract: | Under low and high P application, 4 Maize genotypes were selected to study the difference of relative biological index and relative physiologic characteristics. The main results were summarized as follows : the relative biology index , relative root system secretions index and relative active oxygen eliminated enzymes (SOD?CAT) activity were higher in P-efficiency genotypes than P-inefficiency ones, but relative MDA was lower than P-inefficiency ones. It showed that ability of P-deficiency tolerance, P-absorbed, active oxygen eliminated and self-renovated of P-efficiency genotypes was higher than that of P-inefficiency ones. |
