图像处理法测定油菜叶面积的研究

摘    要:利用数码相机获取油菜叶片的图像,采用基于Photoshop图像处理法对油菜叶面积分析测定,并与叶面积仪测定法、方格法的测量结果进行回归分析。结果表明,该方法与其他2种方法的测定结果存在极显著线性相关,相关系数R~2分别为0.981和0.989;在用图像处理法对叶面积测量时,不同的拍摄角度和分辨率对叶面积的测定无显著影响。该方法具有简单、快捷、准确、易普及等优点,为植物叶面积的快速测定提供了比较好的方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the image of rape leaf was obtained by digital camera, and the leaf area was analyzed by Photoshop image processing. The regression analysis was made with the results of the traditional leaf area measurement method and grid method. The results show that there is a significant linear correlation between the determination results of this method with the above 2 methods,and the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.981 and 0.989. In the process of leaf area measurement by im-age,different shooting angle and resolution of the leaf area were no significant influence. The method is simple, rapid, accu-rate,easy to use and so on. It provides a good method for the rapid determination of leaf area.
