小型施肥旋耕联合作业机的设计

摘    要:针对中国目前农家有机肥仍采用传统式的人力撒施,缺少合适的撒施机械问题,设计了一种小型施肥旋耕联合作业机。该机在田间万能管理机旋耕的基础上增加了追肥部分,在施完肥后,马上旋耕,保证有机肥及时跟土壤搅拌混合,减少肥效损失。通过对带传动的设计计算、减速器的选择、肥箱及转盘设计、零部件的设计验证总体设计方案,确定了整机结构。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem which farm manure is still using the traditional type of human applicator in China and the lack of suitable mechanical spreader, we designed and calculated small fertilizer rotary cultivator. It added additional fertilizer structure on the basis of field management. After applying fertilizer, cultivated land immediately. It ensure that the organic fertilizer and soil mixing in time. We determined the whole structure, through the design and calculation of belt trans-mission, the choice of the reducer, fertilizer box and rotary table structural design.
