| 摘 要： | 选择75头奶牛急性乳房炎病例,随机分成三组,分别采用不同的治疗方案进行治疗,以对比不同的治疗方案所产生的治疗效果。结果表明:中西药配合使用,有效率、治愈率均达到100%;只用青、链霉素治疗,有效率是92%,治愈率是88%;只用中药治疗有效率84%,治愈率80%。青、链霉素局部用药配合中药全身用药,优势互补,治疗效果最佳,值得在治疗奶牛急性乳房炎时推广应用。

| Abstract: | Seventy-five milk cows that cause acute mammitis were divided into three groups randomly and different therapeutic methods were adopted. Result is indicated: efficiency and the curative ratio reaches 100% equally if we mixed traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Using penicillin and streptomycin to treat, the efficiency is 92% and the curative ratio is 88%. Efficiency is 84% and curative ratio is 80% if we only use traditional Chinese medicine. Penicillin and streptomycin mixing traditional Chinese medicine has complementary advantages and the cure effect is the best. It is worth to apply this method to cure acute mammitis of milk cow. |
