| 摘 要： | 通过回顾相关理论,确定经济发展质量的内涵,构建了人民、环境、经济3项一级指标以及20项二级指标的评价指标体系。再通过熵值法测算出指标的权重和每年经济发展质量的综合得分,从而对合肥市的经济发展质量作出评估,并为合肥市将来的经济发展提供方向和建议。根据实证分析结果,合肥市近10年人民生活得到了巨大改善,但是对环境的保护和治理力度不够,并且在经济结构合理性、经济发展稳定性等方面仍存在问题,故合肥市在今后的经济发展中应更加注重提高科学技术的创新能力、追求经济发展的效率和可持续性。

| Abstract: | The connotation of economic development quality was determined by reviewing the relative theories, and the evaluation index system was built by 20 second-level indicators from 3 first-level indicators including people, environment, economics. Then the weight of each index and the comprehensive score of economic development quality in each year were calculated by entropy method, to make assessment of economic development quality, and to provide direction and recommendations for the future economic development in Hefei. According to the empirical results, the lives of people was greatly improved in Hefei in recent ten years, but there still existed insufficient protection and governance of environment, as well as problems such as the rationality of economic structure and the stability of economic development. As a result, Hefei should pay more attention to improve the innovation ability of science and technology in future economic development, and pursuit the efficiency and sustainability of economic development. |
