甜菜对钠的吸收及分配规律的研究

摘    要:本试验研究了甜菜对钠素的吸收及分配规律,结果表明:甜菜在整个营养生长期内要吸收大量的钠素,吸收速度是生育前期较快,后期逐渐降低,在不同器官及整株的积累量是逐渐增加的,到块根增长期达到最高;钠素在甜菜体内的分配是以叶丛为主,即叶丛中的分配率在整个生育期间始终显著地高于块根,相对含量和绝对含量均高于块根,其分配率动态变化与单株净同化速率的变化相一致,二者呈正相关关系(r=0.577·);甜菜对钠的吸收分配与其对钾的吸收分配规律基本一致。

Abstract:Sodium absorption and distribution of sugarbeet were studied theresults show that the sugarbeet sodium assimilation pattern is as following:Theuptaking speed is the highest in growing stage and then decrease gradually. Accumulation rate in each organ or whole plant increase gradually and to its highestlevel at root fast growing stage. Na mainly distributes to leaves and the distribution percentage of sodium in leaf is significantly higher than that in root for the wholegrowing period.Sodium relative or absolute content in leaf is always higher than that inroot tuber. The pattern of Na distribution is correlated well with the pattern of netassimilation(r= 0. 577, p <0.05).The assimilation and distribution of Na in sugarbeet is similar to that of K.
