机械损伤与二点叶螨取食对茄子挥发性信息化合物的影响

摘    要:以茄子为供试材料,研究机械损伤、二点叶螨取食对茄子损伤诱导挥发物的影响,结果表明:机械损伤后,茄子植株释放的挥发物主要是绿叶性气体;遭受二点叶螨取食后释放出的挥发物与机械损伤植株存在很大不同,许多新的组分被诱导出来。

Abstract:This study examined the effects of mechanical wounding and Tetranychus urticae Koch feeding on volatile infrochemicals of Solanum melongena.The results showed that the damaged plants emitted a significantly large amount of green leaf volatiles.However,the plant volatile infrochemicals caused by Tetranychus urticae Koch infestation were significantly different from those by mechanical wounding,and many novel compounds that were not produced in response to mechanical damage were induced.
