黄芪多糖、淫羊藿多糖对鸡法氏囊活疫苗免疫增效作用研究

摘    要:为了研究黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharide,APS)和淫羊藿多糖(Epimediumpolysaccharide,EPS)的免疫增效作用,将12日龄的未免疫蛋公鸡100只随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5组,每组20只,A组用法氏囊种毒疫苗滴鼻免疫的同时注射生理盐水,而B、C、D组在进行法氏囊种毒疫苗免疫的同时,分别注射APS、EPS和APS-EPS,E组不做任何免疫,只注射生理盐水,于免疫后的第10、20、30、40天分别采血,收集血清,用琼脂扩散实验和ELISA方法测定法氏囊抗体效价。结果显示,APS、EPS与APS-EPS实验组IgG水平均高于对照组,其中APS-EPS组最高。说明APS和EPS均有促进法氏囊疫苗免疫效果作用,而且两者联用效果更佳。

Abstract:To study the immune-promoting effects of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS) and Epime-dium polysaccharide(EPS),100 chickens at 12-day-old were randomly divided into 5 groups at 20 in each,marked A,B,C,D and E.In group A,chickens were vaccinated by IBD(Infectious Bursal Disease) living vaccine and injected with saline subcutaneously,group B,C and D were vaccinated by IBD living vaccine and also respectively injected with APS,EPS and APS-EPS subcutaneously,while group E were injected with only saline subcutaneously.Chickens were blooded and sera were separated at 10,20,30 and 40 days after vaccination,then IBD antibody and IgG level in sera were detected by Agar Gel Precipitation and indirect ELISA.The results showed that IgG contents in group B,C and D were significantly improved,especially group D.Conclusion: APS and EPS have significant immune-improving effects,and the combination of APS with EPS could present the better performance.
