| 摘 要： | 用ABT1号、ABT2号、2 ,4-D等 3种生长调节剂对绿竹扦插条进行 2、4、8h的浸泡处理 ,观察扦插苗的生长情况。试验结果表明 :生长调节剂和浸泡时间 2因素之间的互作效应均未达到显著水平 ;2因素的组合处理中 ,以ABT1号浸泡 4h为最佳 ;3种生长调节剂中 ,ABT1号、ABT2号的作用优于 2 ,4-D。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive results show that the interaction effect between growth regulator factor and soaking time factor has not reached the significant level;in the two-factor combined treatment,No.ABT1(soaking for 4 hours)is best;and among the three kinds of growth regulators,the effect of No.ABT1 or No.ABT2 is superior to that of 2,4-D. |
