| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨益母草总黄函的超声波提取法。方法]采用正交试验法，以总黄酮含量为考察指标，对影响总黄酮超声提取的因素进行研究。结果J益母草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇用量30倍量，乙醇浓度80％，提取时间30min，提取温度50℃，其中乙醇用量对结果影响显著。结论]该工艺设计合理，操作简单可行。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum extraction technique of total flavonoids from Herba leonuri by ultrasonic wave.Method] With the content of total flavonoids as the observation index, the conditions for the extraction by ultrasonic wave were studied by the orthogonal experiment.Result] The optimum extracting conditions were as follows: extracting for 30 min at 50 ℃ with 30 times of 80% ethanol.The ethanol dosage had significant effects on the results.Conclusion] This procedure is convenient, appropriate and feasible. |
