| Abstract: | According to the concepts of building ecological civilization and constructing harmonious Guangzhou, an analysis of forestry legal system in Guangzhou was conducted. Proposals were made on approaches to legislation of ecological protection, integration of law enforcement, establishment of inspection agencies, dissemination of Laws on ecological protection, intensification of governmental functions on ecology protection. The paper also probe into the ways of how to build and guide ecological civilization construction through the legal system. |
