| 摘 要： | 用ETECK88+菌株C83907对120日龄待开产蛋鸡进行免疫,获得高免卵黄抗体粉。选用3日龄和21日龄的杜×长×大三元杂交早期断奶仔猪,人工感染C83907大肠杆菌,口服含抗产肠毒素大肠杆菌抗体的卵黄粉进行被动免疫。结果显示,3日龄仔猪服用抗ETEC卵黄抗体粉后,72h腹泻停止,而服用普通蛋黄粉组却仍然腹泻并且有66.7%的死亡率;服用抗ETEC卵黄抗体粉的21日龄仔猪仅有短暂腹泻现象,存活率100%,试验期间总体质量有所增加,而对照组表现严重腹泻伴有脱水现象,试验期间有部分猪只死亡;临床应用表明,喂以3g和5g抗ETEC卵黄粉组的治愈率与抗生素治疗组相当。研究结果表明,卵黄抗体对早期断奶仔猪有一定的促进生长和防止腹泻的效果。

| Abstract: | The protective effects of anti-ETEC egg-yolk antibodies on piglets were studied.Egg-yolk antibodies were obtained from hens immunized with formalin killed cells from a typical strain C83907 of K88+ piliated enterotoxigenic E.coli(ETEC).The passive immune effect of egg-yolk antibodies were evaluated in 3-and 21-day-old piglets in which ETEC diarrhea was induced and also in early-weaned piglets in a commercial farm.The results demonstrated that diarrhea induced by C83907 in 3-day-old piglets was cured 72 h after treating with egg-yolk antibodies while those treated with normal egg-yolk powder continued to have diarrhea and 66.7% of them died.For 21-day-old weaned piglets,those fed egg-yolk power containing anti-ETEC antibodies had transient diarrhea,positive body weight gains and 100% survival during the period of the experiment,whereas the control group which were treated with normal egg yolk power had severe diarrhea and dehydration and some piglets died within the period.In the field trial,the cure rate in those piglets fed with 3 g and 5 g egg-yolk antibodies per day were as higher as in those using antibiotic.These results indicate that egg-yolk antibodies can promote growth rate and protect from the ETEC infection in early-weaned piglets. |
