| 摘 要： | 畜牧业是贫困山区支柱产业。是农民增收的主要来源。动物疫病防控好坏直接关系到畜牧业的健康发展和人民群众的身体健康乃至生命安全。因此及时调查发现贫困山区动物疫病防控工作存在的突出问题，针对性的提出解决方案，包括提高动物疫病防控队伍整体素质，做好疫情监测。组织与当地病原相匹配的毒（菌）株疫苗；公示散养户的免疫注射情况，让养殖户监督强制免疫工作的开展等，对山区重大动物疫病防控可起到一定促进作用，也可供相关部门制定动物防疫措施时参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Animal husbandry is one of the main resources of farmers＇ income and mainstay industry in poverty mountainous area. The animal disease prevention and control has a close relationship with the healthy development of animal husbandry and people＇s health even life safety. So timely survey and find the existing problems there, putting forward solutions including promoting team quality, disease monitoring, organizing matched vaccinum for local pathogeny, publicizing inoculation conditions etc. will promote the control work and provide references for relevant departments in formulating animal epidemic prevention measures. |
