| 摘 要： | 对多花水仙4个品种类型进行胚珠离体培养,结果表明品种的倍性起着重要作用。三倍体难以培养成功。胚珠的发育状况亦有很大影响。用作离体培养的胚珠,以授粉后15—20天,正值球形胚或心脏形胚形成期为最适宜;未经授粉、受精的胚珠未能培养成功。适宜的培养条件可以打破种子的休眠,直接在试管审发芽成苗。

| Abstract: | A study on the ovule culture of four polyanthous daffodil cultivars in vitro was carried out.The experimental results indicated that the most important aspect affecting the ovule culture of daffodil in vitro was the ploidy of cultivar.It was difficult for the triploid to be cultured success- fully.The stages of the ovule development had a large effect on the ovule culture of daffodil.Fifteen to twenty days after pollination,the ovule with a globular or heart-shaped embryoes was suitable phase for culture in vitro, while it yeas fail in culturing for the unpollinated or unfertilized ovule. The dormancy of daffodil seed can be broken and the seed can directly germinate under the appropriate conditions in vitro. |
