乙醇脱氢酶应用研究现状

摘    要:乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)是广泛分布于人和动物肝脏、植物及微生物细胞之中的含锌金属酶,具有广泛的底物特异性.ADH作为生物体内主要短链醇代谢的关键酶,近年来已经受到了国内外研究者的普遍关注,并对其同功酶的结构、理化性质、生物学功能、遗传学特性、分离提取技术等进行了较多的基础性研究工作,为其在科学研究和工农业生产中的应用奠定了良好基础.文章主要对ADH在工业分析、化工生产、食品和医药研究以及生物科学中的应用进行了概述,以便为其进一步研究开发提供参考.

Abstract:Alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)belongs to a kind of zinc metal enzyme,which are wildly consists in the livers of people and other mammals,plants and microbial cells.ADH has widespread substrate specificity.In recent years,as a kind of essential enzyme in short chain mellow metabolism of organism,ADH has been attracted great attention by many domestic and foreign researchers.They has done lots of research on its isoenzyme structure,physical and chemical nature,biological function,genetic characteristics and separation and extraction technology etc.It has laid the good foundation for ADH in the scientific research and the industry and agriculture production application.The article mainly summarized the application of ADH in the industry analysis,the chemical production,food and the medicine research as well as the biological science,in order to provide the reference of its further studies and development.
