自走式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机设计与仿真分析

摘    要:为解决海南省香蕉秸秆粉碎机具在作业过程中的缠绕和粉碎效果差的问题,设计一种自走式香蕉秸秆粉碎还田机。阐述整机的工作原理,对喂入装置、粉碎装置进行理论研究并确定装置作业参数,完成结构设计。运用ANSYS软件对粉碎刀片进行静力学分析,结果表明: 粉碎刀片在正常工作下的最大等效应力为260.91 MPa,最大形变为0.159 88 mm,低于刀具材料的最大屈服强度,可以保证机器的合理性与适用性。对粉碎过程进行动力学仿真模拟试验,选取刀端线速度和切割角度为试验因素,以秸秆所受最大应力和能量损耗为评价指标,进行二因素三水平试验。结果表明: 最优参数组合为刀片刀端线速度30 m/s,切割角度15°,此时秸秆所受最大应力为12.885 2 MPa,能量损耗为3.50 J。研究结果可为机具进一步优化设计提供理论参考,为香蕉秸秆粉碎还田智能化的发展提供技术参考。

Design and simulation analysis of self propelled banana straw crushing and returning machine
Abstract:A self propelled banana straw crushing and returning machine was designed to solve the problems of winding and poor crushing effect of banana straw crushing implements in the operation process in Hainan Province. The working process of machine was expounded, and the theoretical analysis of the feeding device and the crushing device was carried out to determine the operating parameters of the devices respectively. The results of the static analysis with ANSYS showed that the maximum equivalent force of the crushing knife under normal operation was 260.91 MPa and the maximum deformation was 0.159 88 mm, which was lower than the maximum yield strength of the tool material, and could ensure the reasonability and applicability of the machine. The dynamic simulation test of the crushing process was carried out, the linear speed of the knife and the cutting angle were selected as the test factors, and the maximum stress and energy loss on the straw were the evaluation indexes. The results showed that the optimal parameter combination was that the linear speed was 30 m/s, the cutting angle was 15°, and the maximum stress on straws was 12.885 2 MPa, the energy loss was 3.50 J. The research results can provide theoretical reference for further optimization design of the machines, and provide technical reference for the development of intelligence banana straw crushing and returning to the field.
