和田河流域耕地多功能评价及其时空演变分析

摘    要:分析耕地多功能时空演变规律,明确流域内耕地主导功能类型,为和田河流域耕地多功能利用提供科学依据。结合和田河流域自然环境禀赋,构建耕地多功能评价指标体系,利用熵权法确定指标权重。采用熵权TOPSIS模型从时间和空间两个维度评价2009—2019年耕地多功能性。依据贴近度数值最大值,明确各县域耕地主导功能,差异化提出耕地多功能利用对策建议。从时间维度上,综合、社会保障和景观休憩功能增强,等级分别由Ⅲ上升至Ⅳ,Ⅱ上升至Ⅲ,Ⅰ上升至Ⅲ;农业生产功能演变稳定,处于Ⅴ等级;生态服务功能略微减弱,等级由Ⅲ下降至Ⅱ。从空间维度上,综合功能和农业生产功能西部不变中部减弱东部增强,社会保障、景观休憩功能西、中、东部均增强,生态服务功能西、中部减弱东部不变。流域内耕地主导功能为生产主导型(洛浦县、策勒县)、社会主导型(皮山县)、生态主导型(墨玉县、和田县)和景观休憩主导型(和田市)。和田河流域耕地多功能时空演变规律显著,依据主导功能差异化利用保护耕地,对推进乡村振兴战略以及实现可持续发展具有重要意义。

Multifunctional evaluation and temporal spatial evolution analysis of cultivated land in the Hotan River Basin
Abstract:In this paper, the temporal and spatial evolution law of the cultivated land multifunctionality was analyzed, and the dominant function types of cultivated land were defined to provide a scientific basis for multifunctional utilization of cultivated land in the Hotan River Basin. Based on the natural environment endowment of the Hotan River Basin, the multifunctional evaluation index system of cultivated land was constructed. The entropy weight method was used to determine the index weight. Using the entropy weight TOPSIS model, the cultivated land multi function from 2009 to 2019 was evaluated from temporal and spatial dimensions. According to the maximum closeness values, the leading function of cultivated land in each county was defined. From the dimension of time, the comprehensive function, social security function, and landscape rest function of cultivated land were enhanced. The grade was increased from Ⅲ to Ⅳ, Ⅱ to Ⅲ, and Ⅰ to Ⅲ, respectively. The agricultural production function evolved steadily, and the grade was at Ⅴ level. The ecological service function was slightly weakened, and the grade was reduced from Ⅲ to Ⅱ. From the dimension of space, the comprehensive and agricultural production functions were unchanged in the western region, weakened in the central region, and enhanced in the eastern region. The social security and landscape rest function were enhanced in the western, central, and eastern regions. The ecological service function weakened in the western and central regions and enhanced in the eastern region. The dominant function of cultivated land in the basin is production oriented (Luopu County, Cele County), social oriented (Pishan County), ecological oriented (Moyu County, Hotan County), and landscape rest oriented (Hotan City). The temporal and spatial evolution law of the cultivated land multifunctionality in the Hotan River Basin is obvious. The differentiated utilization and protection of cultivated land based on dominant functions are of great significance to the promotion of rural revitalization strategies and the realization of sustainable development.
