模块化精量喷雾控制阀组设计与试验

摘    要:针对我国现有植保机械自动化程度不高、施药均匀性差等问题,根据高地隙植保机的喷雾系统组成和技术要求,设计了模块化精量喷雾控制阀组,通过分析计算确定阀体结构以及开关阀、限压阀、流量控制阀、区段开关阀等阀体模块的尺寸参数。精量喷雾控制器能实时读取压力传感器的输出信号并进行处理,将其与上位机输入的流量指令进行比较,并将控制信号发送至电机驱动器以控制电机的动作状态来调节阀门开度,进而调节喷雾系统流量,所设计的精量喷雾控制阀组能够实现压力和流量自动调节、喷杆分段独立控制以及参数实时反馈等功能。试验结果表明:喷雾系统压力与实际流量近似满足线性关系,拟合度决定系数为0.997 5,流量值在0~50 L/min范围内,平均相对拟合误差为1.7%,标定精度能满足控制需求;精量喷雾控制阀组可调节的最大流量为40 L/min,阀门实际流量在阀门有效行程内变化较均匀,符合线性流量特性曲线关系。研究可为高地隙植保机精量喷雾控制策略提供参考。

Design and testing of modular precision spray control manifold
Abstract:In view of the problems such as the low degree of automation of the existing high gap plant protection machinery in China and the poor uniformity of application, according to the composition and technical requirements of the spray system of the high gap plant protection machine, the modular precision spray control valve group is designed, and the size parameters of the valve body module such as the valve body structure and the switching valve, pressure limiting valve, flow control valve, and section switch valve are determined through analysis and calculation. Precision spray controller can read the output signal of the pressure sensor in real time and process it, compare it with the flow instruction input of the host computer, and send the control signal to the motor driver to control the operating state of the motor to adjust the valve opening, and then adjust the total flow of the spray system, the design of the precision spray control valve group can achieve automatic adjustment of pressure and flow, spray rod segmented independent control and parameter real time feedback and other functions. The experimental results show that the spray system pressure and the actual flow rate approximately meet the linear relationship, the coefficient of fit is 0.997 5, the flow value is in the range of 0-50 L/min, the average relative fit error is 1.7%, and the calibration accuracy can meet the control requirements. The maximum flow rate that can be adjusted by the precision spray control valve group is 40 L/min, and the actual flow rate of the valve changes evenly during the effective stroke of the valve, which is in line with the linear flow characteristic curve relationship. The study can provide a reference for the precision spray control strategy of the high gap plant protection machine.
