淹水对13种乔木柳插条表型和生理指标的影响

摘    要:为筛选优良的耐淹林木品种以满足我国湿地生态发展的需求,选取了13种乔木柳1年生插条实行淹水胁迫试验,通过测定根叶长、干鲜重等表型指标,丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量生理指标并对测定的数据进行分析,以对乔木柳品种耐淹性进行分型。结果表明,淹水对13种乔木柳根、叶的生长均有抑制作用,其中丙二醛含量在J1010中相对于对照组增加了4倍,在苏柳172中为2.4倍,叶绿素含量均出现明显降低,J2087仅为对照组的16.1%,竹柳为对照组的50%。另外总根长、总生根数、最长根长、叶片数、总萌枝长、叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重和根干重之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),而总萌枝数与其他指标之间没有相关性。通过对表型指标和生理指标进行聚类分析、主成分分析和耐淹系数计算,可将13种乔木柳分成3类:竹柳、苏柳795、龙爪柳、苏柳172为强耐淹品种;渤海柳1号和苏柳932为中度耐淹品种;J2087、J2187、287、盐柳1号、东营1号、J1010和紫杆柳为弱耐淹品种。研究结论可为湿地耐淹林木的筛选提供依据,为柳树耐淹评价体系建立和耐淹机理研究奠定基础。

Abstract:To meet the needs of wetland ecological development in China,high-quality tree varieties with submergence tolerance were needed.In this study,the annual branches of 13 arbor willow varieties were subjected to submergence stress.To identify the submergence tolerance of willow varieties,phenotype characters,including roots and leaf length,dry and fresh weights,and physiological indices,including malondialdehyde (MDA) content and chlorophyll content were measured.The results showed that submergence stress inhibited the root and leaf growth of all 13 willows varieties tested.Compared with the control,the content of MDA in ’J1010’ increased by 4 folds,and that in ’Suliu 172’ increased by 2.4 folds.Compared with control,chlorophyll contents in ’J2087’ and ’Zhuliu’ were down-regulated by 16.1% and 50%,respectively.Positive correlations were found between the length of total roots,the total number of roots,the longest root,total number of leaves,total length of shoots,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,fresh root weight,and root dry weight (P<0.01),while the total number of shots had no correlation with phenotypic characters.Thirteen willows were divided into 3 categories according to cluster analysis,principal component analysis and coefficient calculation.Among them,3 categories including ’Zhuliu’,’Suliu 795’,’Longzhualiu’ and ’Suliu J172’ were considered as strong submergence tolerant varieties,’Bohai-1’ and ’Suliu J932’ were thought as moderate submergence tolerant varieties,’J2087’,’J2187’,’287’,’Yanliu 1’,’Dongying 1’,’J1010’ and ’Ziganliu’ belonged to poor submergence tolerant varieties.These results provide a basis for the selection of submergence tolerant trees and a foundation for the submergence tolerance evaluation system and the submergence tolerance mechanism of willows.
