| 摘 要： | 甘蔗 6个亲本和以 3× 3不完全双列杂交 (Nc )遗传设计配制的 9个杂交组合的实生苗及其宿根 2个作物季的主要工农艺性状的配合力分析表明 ,有效茎数及其有关的早期发株率、发株率、分蘖率主要受基因加性效应控制 ,锤度、重力纯度主要由母本的加性基因所制约 ,而单茎重、丛重等产量性状则受基因加性效应和非加性效应的共同控制 .10个性状的遗传力都较高 ,说明对这些性状进行选择有效 .母本 CP6 5- 357是一个宿根配合力好的亲本 ,父本桂 73- 16 7、崖 73- 512的宿根配合力也较佳 .组合 CP6 5- 357×桂 73- 16 7、CP6 5- 357×崖 84 - 153、CP72 - 12 10×桂 73- 16 7、CP6 5- 357×崖 73- 512是宿根性总配合力效应值高的组合 .

| Abstract: | Six parents of sugarcane were used to develop 9 hybridized combinations according to 3×3 incomplete diallel cross (NcⅡ) genetic design and their seedlings and ratooning crops were subjected to combining ability analysis of major technical and agronomic characters. Available stalk numbers, early germination percentage, germination percentage and tilling percentage were controlled primarily by additive genes; Brix and gravity purity were controlled mainly by additive genes of female parent; and yielding characters including weight per stalk and weight per plant were controlled by both additive and non additive genes. High heritabilities of 10 characters indicated that selection was effective. Female parent, CP 65 357, and male parents, Gui 73 167 and Ya 73 512, had high ratooning combining ability. CP 65 357×Gui 73 167, CP 65 357×Ya 84 153, CP 72 1210 ×Gui 73 167, CP 65 357×Ya 73 512 were crosses with high effective values of total ratooning combining ability. |
