杏品种过氧化物酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离技术,对杏(Purnusarmeniaca)中99个品种(类型)1a生枝皮过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)进行了测定,结果出现56种同工酶谱型,其中有35个品种的谱型是各自独有,可被一一分开,约占总供试品种的35.4%,其余64个品种分属于其它21种谱型,每谱型含2~5个品种。本文还就杏品种分类问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:One-year-old shoot bark peroxidase isozymes of 99 apricot varieties were separated via polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated that there were 56 pheno- types of peroxidase isozyme in all. The number of varieties that could hi individually distiguished was 35 (about 35. 4%). The other 64 varieties belong to other 20 pheno-types. The usefulness of isozyme analysis for apricot varieties identification is discussed in this paper.
