| 摘 要： | 采用广视野显微镜和GC/MS,分析研究了遮荫条件下及正常光照条件下烟草中部叶片腺毛密度及其分泌物的变化情况。结果表明:随着移栽时间的增加,不同光强条件下烟草叶片尖部、中部、基部腺毛密度都依次降低;遮荫条件下烟草叶尖部、中部、基部的腺毛密度低于正常光照条件,差异达显著水平;腺毛总密度差异达极显著水平。对不同光照条件下烟草叶面浸提物进行GC/MS分析,遮荫条件下烟草腺毛主要分泌物———西柏三烯二醇的含量明显低于正常光照条件下。表明光强对烟草叶面腺毛的发育及分泌活动具有显著影响。
