摘    要:为加快脱毒百香果组培苗繁殖速度,提供田间优质种苗,促进当地百香果产业发展。本文以脱毒黄金百香果初代组培苗的顶段茎段、中段和下段带节茎段为试验材料,以不添加任何外源激素的MS培养基为继代培养基质,观察三种试验材料的根系和叶片的生长状态。结果表明,顶段茎段在根系及叶片的生长速度明显优于中下部节间茎段,根系形成时间短、根系数和叶片数较多,生长势较强,成苗周期短,适宜田间快速供种。

Discussion on the influence of different parts of tissue culture seedlings on passion fruit's subculture
Abstract:In order to speed up the propagation of virus-free passion fruit tissue culture seedlings, provide high-quality seedlings in the field and promote the development of local passion fruit industry. In this paper, the top stem segment, middle stem segment and lower stem segment of virus-free primary tissue culture seedlings of passion fruit were used as experimental materials, and the MS medium without any exogenous hormone was used as subculture medium, to observe the growth status of roots and leaves of three experimental materials. The results showed that the growth speed of the top stem segment in root and leaf was significantly better than that of the middle and lower internode stem segments, the formation time of root was shorter, the root and leaf"s number were more, the growth vigor was stronger, and the seedling period was shorter, so the top stem segment was suitable for rapid seed supply in the field.
