| 摘 要： | 择要铁皮石斛是名贵的中药材,其生产技术倍受科研与产业人员关注。综述了铁皮石斛的生物学和生态学特性,并介绍了生产铁皮石斛组培苗的技术要点,最后针对铁皮石斛组培苗快速繁育中的常见问题,提出解决措施。

| Abstract: | Dendrobium candidum is a valuable Chinese herbal medicine.Its reprodution technology is concerned by scientists and industry personnels.In this paper,the biological and ecological characteristics of Dendrobium candidum were reviewed,and the production technique of tissue culture was described.Finally,for the common problems from Dendrobium candidum tissue culture,the solutions were proposed so as to get rapid propagation seedlings. |
