| 摘 要： | 我国人多地少，人地矛盾十分突出，农村劳动力就业严重不足。在长期计划经济体制的影响下，城乡严重分割，阻隔了农村劳动力向城市的流动，造成农村劳动力向非农产业转移缓慢，致使我国农村剩余劳动力数量巨大。农村劳动力转移虽然对当地的经济建设，乃至国家的经济发展起到了较大的推动作用，也相应地增加了农民收入，从一定程度上改善了劳动力输出地的农村状况。但是，在经济效益不断显现的同时，其带来的一些社会问题也暴露出来。因此，促进农村剩余劳动力的转移是我国目前和今后相当长一段时期内经济社会发展的重大战略问题。

| Abstract: | Our country has a large Population and small land, very prominent confliction between people and land, a serious shortage of rural labor employment. Under the influence of the long-planned economic system, urban and rural were Serious splitted, Blocking of rural labor to urban mobility,Case of non-agricultural sectors of the rural labor force transferring slowly,resulted in the number of rural surplus labor force. Though the transfer of rural labor force has played a larger role in promoting for the local economic development, as well as the country＇s economic development, However, the economic benefits continue to appear at the same time, the number of social problems brought about also expose. So, promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force in China＇s present and future for a long period of time of major economic and social development strategy . |
