Cd~(2+)处理对两种豆科作物幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用溶液培养法研究了Cd^2 处理对2种豆科作物幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,较高浓度(500μmol.L^-1)的Cd^2 处理能明显影响绿豆和箭舌豌豆幼苗的生长,使2种豆科作物的地上和地下部分的伸长生长与干物质积累均低于对照。这种影响与Cd^2 处理降低根系活力、叶片中的总钼(Mo)量、硝态氮以及全磷含量和硝酸还原酶活性(NR)等有关。相比之下,Cd^2 处理对绿豆幼苗生长的影响大于对箭舌豌豆的,暗示后者的幼苗生长对Cd^2 胁迫的忍耐性较强。

Abstract:A hydroponic test was conducted in o rder to investigate effects of Cd 2+ treatment on seedling growth of two b eans.It was found that the growth of seedlings wa s significantly inhibited for the tr eatment with Cd 2+ and the length as well as dry matter of shoots and roots were lower than that for the control.The effects had a relevance to the decreased vitality of roots,t otal Mo,NO 3- -N,total phosphorus and NR in leaves by Cd 2+ .Compared with mung bean,the growth of common vetch exhibited little eff ects.This may be suggested that the resistance of seedling growing of common vetch toward s Cd 2+ stress be stronger than that of mung b ean.
