忍冬科三种植物的抗旱性研究

摘    要:以忍冬科的天目琼花、四季锦带、接骨木为试材,研究其枝条在10%、20%、30%、40%浓度PEG-6000胁迫下的抗旱性。结果表明:随胁迫程度的增大,叶片的相对电导率和可溶性糖都出现了先上升后下降再上升的趋势;叶片的可溶性蛋白出现了先下降后上升再下降的趋势;叶片的脯氨酸含量则出现了先上升后下降的趋势。综合评价可知,3种灌木的抗旱性顺序为:天目琼花>四季锦带>接骨木。
