喷施SA对黑麦草抗盐性的影响

摘    要:以1%NaCl胁迫黑麦草后,喷施1002、00和300 mg/L的水杨酸(SA),测定5 d内黑麦草的细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量(MDA)、脯氨酸含量(Pro)、叶绿素含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。结果表明:喷施水杨酸对黑麦草的叶绿素含量没有显著影响,但能够提高脯氨酸含量,降低细胞电解质渗透率和丙二醛含量,提高细胞SOD、POD、CAT等多种抗氧化酶的活性。因此喷施水杨酸能够提高黑麦草抗渗透胁迫能力和抗氧化能力,对黑麦草的抗盐性有较好的促进作用,其最佳有效处理浓度为200 mg/L。

Abstract:In this study,Lolium perenne L.were treated with 1% NaCl solution,and then sprayed with three kinds different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA) solution,which concentrations were 100,200,and 300 mg/L respectively.In the following 5 days,some factors of Lolium perenne L.were measured,such as cell membrane permeability,content of malonaldehyde、proline and chlorophyll,and the enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT).The results showed that spraying salicylic acid had no significant impact on chlorophyll content of Lolium perenne L..However,the content of proline,and the activity of SOD,POD,CAT was increasing,and the cell membrane permeability and MDA content was reduced.In the consequence,spraying 200 mg/L salicylic acid can effectively improve the ability of Lolium perenne L.resistance to osmotic stress,antioxidant capacity and salt tolerance.
