| 摘 要： | 海南自由贸易港建设在促进海南国际贸易量激增、交通基础设施快速发展、入境旅游人数增加及物流运输业快速发展的同时,也给海南外来入侵物种防控带来了新的挑战。本文从海南外来入侵物种的生物安全标准、快速检测识别与监测能力、检疫处理能力、快速处置技术和绿色综合防控技术等方面进行了应对策略探讨,以期为海南自由贸易港的健康发展提供有益参考。

| Abstract: | The construction of free trade port not only promotes the surge of international trade volume, the rapid development of transportation infrastructure, the increase of inbound tourists and the rapid development of logistics and transportation industry in Hainan, but also brings new challenges to the prevention and control of alien invasive species in Hainan. This paper discussed the coping strategies from the aspects of biological safety standards, rapid detection, identification and monitoring capabilities, quarantine treatment capabilities, rapid disposal technologies and green comprehensive prevention and control technologies of alien invasive species in Hainan, which would provide useful reference for healthy development of Hainan free trade port. |
