| 摘 要： | 以不同贮藏年限蒙农1号红三叶种子为材料,通过标准发芽试验,对种子千粒重、硬实率、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等指标进行测定,比较不同贮藏年限种子活力变化情况.结果表明:?18℃低温贮藏条件下,红三叶种子千粒重随着贮藏年限的增加有降低的趋势;红三叶种子当年收获和贮藏1年的硬实率高,贮藏2年的种子大部分已破除硬实,解...

| Abstract: | The 1000-seed weight,hard seed rate,germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of Trifolium pratense L.cv.Mengnong No.1 seeds with different storage years were measured by standard germination test,and the vigor change of seeds with different storage years was compared.The results showed that the 1000-seed weight under-18℃storage tended to decrease with the increase of storage years.The hard seed rate of red clover seeds that harvested and stored for 1 year was high,while most seeds that stored for 2 years had broken down the hard seed and dormancy.After being polished,the average germination rate,germination potential and germination index of red clover seeds were 99.47%,97.67%and 41.28 respectively.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of seeds that stored for 1 year were significantly lower than those of other years.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of seeds that stored for 2 years were increased by 32.67%,32.67%and 14.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of seeds that stored for 1~6 years all showed an increasing trend.The vigor index of the seeds that stored for 2 years was the highest,and that stored for 1 year was the lowest.There was no significant difference in the vigor index between the seeds harvested for 2,3 and 6 years.The seeds stored for 6 years still maintained high seed vigor and had high seed use value. |
