数字经济背景下饲料企业人力资源管理提质增效的策略探析

摘    要:随着经济和技术发展水平不断攀升,世界进入数字化转型的新阶段,在此背景下,数字经济发展成为未来经济发展的主要趋势。数字经济背景下,大数据、云计算等技术发挥着关键的作用,这些技术不仅在企业管理、生产经营活动方面有重要促进作用,人力资源管理也深受影响。因此,人力资源管理进行数字化转型十分必要。我国饲料企业人力资源管理是提升企业生产经营效率、培养企业核心竞争力、积累企业人才资本的重要举措。但当前饲料企业在人力资源管理数字化转型中还存在明显的不协调、不适应之处,主要体现在:数字化人才积累不足,员工整体素质无法满足企业数字化发展需要;人力资源结构不合理,激励举措不足;员工数字化创新能力和管理举措不足等。本文基于饲料企业为研究对象,对数字经济与人力资源管理的影响开展研究,并立足于饲料企业人力资源管理当前的不足之处,提出提质增效的策略。

Abstract:As the level of economic and technological development continues to rise,the world has entered a new stage of digital transformation.In this context,the development of the digital economy has become the main trend of future economic development.In the context of the digital economy,technologies such as big data and cloud computing play a key role.These technologies not only play an important role in promoting enterprise management and production and operation activities,but also deeply affect human resource management.Therefore,the digital transformation of human resource management is very necessary.For my country’s feed companies,human resource management is an important measure to improve the production and operation efficiency of the company,cultivate its core competitiveness and accumulate its human capital.However,the current feed companies still have obvious uncoordinated and unsuitable aspects in the digital transformation of human resource management,which are mainly reflected in:insufficient accumulation of digital talents,and the overall quality of employees cannot meet the needs of digital development of the enterprise;the structure of human resources is unreasonable and incentives Insufficient measures;insufficient digital innovation capabilities and management measures of employees.Based on feed companies as the research object,this paper conducts research on the impact of digital economy and human resource management,and based on the current shortcomings of human resource management in feed companies,proposes strategies for improving quality and efficiency.
