| 摘 要： | 通过对初步进行血浆极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）双向选择的三世代高、低脂群肉鸡进行ISSR指纹分析，评定其遗传多态性及两群体间的遗传相似系数。60个引物筛选出10个引物用于检测分析；共扩增出62条谱带，其中39个是多态性片段，多态率为63％。高、低脂群群体内个体间遗传相似系数分别为0．9643，0．9766。两群体间的遗传相似系数为0．9481。

| Abstract: | Fingerprints of broiler chickens divergently selected for very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) in fat line (FL) and lean line (LL) of the third generation were studied using inter simple sequence repeated (ISSR) technique Genetic polymorphism and genetic similarity coefficient between two groups were analyzed Ten primers were screened from 60 SSR primers and 62 sites were deprived Of which 39 bands were polymorphic sites and the frequency was 63 percent The genetic similarity coefficient among the individuals in FL and LL were 0 9643 and 0 9766 The genetic similarity coefficient between the FL and LL was 0 9481 |
