| 摘 要： | 采用纸片扩散法药敏试验,分别测定了大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和葡萄球菌对青霉素、链霉素、四环素、氟哌酸、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素和复方新诺明等10种抗生素的敏感性。结果表明,沙门氏菌对所试10种抗生素极度或高度敏感;大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、卡那霉素、复方新诺明等4种抗生素完全不敏感,但对链霉素、四环素、氟哌酸、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星和庆大霉素表现不同程度的敏感性。在所试10种抗生素中,以氟哌酸、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好,在兽医临床上可优先选用。

| Abstract: | The sensitivities of Escherichia coli,Salmonella sp.and Staphylcececusau sp.isolated from poultry to penicillin,streptomycin,tetracycline,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,oloxacin,apicillin,gentamicin,knamycin and compound sulfamethoxazole were detected,respectively,via drug-sensitivity test with scrip diffusion method.The results indicated that Salmonella sp.was extremely or highly sensitive to 10 tested antibiotics;E.coli and Staphylcececusau sp.were completely insensitive to penicillin,apicillin,knamycin and co... |
