硅对镉胁迫下不同狼尾草属牧草生理代谢的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验法,研究外源硅添加(1.0,2.0,4.0 mmol·L-1)对镉(20,40,80 mg·L-1)胁迫下2种狼尾草生理代谢的影响。结果表明:外源添加4.0 mmol·L-1的硅能显著降低高镉(80 mg·L-1)胁迫下美洲狼尾草(Pennisetum americanum)和杂交狼尾草(Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum)叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低美洲狼尾草在所有镉处理下叶片的相对电导率(P<0.05),能显著降低杂交狼尾草在镉浓度40、80 mg·L-1下叶片的相对电导率(P<0.05);加外源硅2.0 mmol·L-1处理组显著降低高镉(80 mg·L-1)胁迫下美洲狼尾草丙二醛(MDA)含量以及2种狼尾草脯氨酸含量;2种狼尾草随着镉浓度的增加,其SOD、POD活性呈现先增后减趋势,外源硅4.0 mmol·L-1处理组提高了美洲狼尾草和杂家狼尾草在镉浓度80 mg·L-1下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性(P<0.05),显著提高了杂交狼尾草在镉浓度40 mg·L-1下POD活性(P<0.05)。表明硅可以增强2种狼尾草属牧草适应镉胁迫的能力,对2种狼尾草的生理代谢有缓解作用。

Abstract:Tow Pennisetum cultivars were planted in a pot to study the effects of exogenous silicon (K2Si03·nH2O) (1.0,2.0,4.0 mmol·L-1) on the physiological metabolism of leaves under cadmium stress(20,40,80 mg·L-1). The results showed that malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline contents of two Pennisetum cultivars significantly decreased in cadmium concentration 80 mg·L-1 treatment (P<0.05) when exogenous silicon concentration was 4.0 mmol·L-1. The relative conductivity of Pennisetum americanum leaves under all cadmium treated groups significantly decreased while the relative conductivity of hybrid Pennisetum leaves significantly decreased in cadmium concentration 40 and 80 mg·L-1 treatments (P<0.05). When silicon concentration was 2.0 mmol·L-1,the proline contents of two Pennisetum cultivars significantly decreased and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents of Pennisetum americanum leaves significantly decreased in cadmium concentration 80 mg·L-1 treatment (P<0.05). With the increase of cadmium concentration,the activities of SOD and POD increased firstly and then decreased. When exogenous silicon concentration was 4.0 mmol·L-1,the activities of SOD and POD significantly increased in cadmium concentration 80 mg·L-1 treatment and peroxidase (POD) activities of hybrid Pennisetum leaves increased significantly in cadmium concentration 40 mg·L-1 treatment (P<0.05). The results indicated that the adaptability of two Pennisetum cultivars to cadmium stress was improved by adding silicon and that exogenous silicon involved in the physiological metabolisms of two Pennisetum cultivars.
