| 摘 要： | 对星布罗肉鸡施以间歇光照,诱起明显的光周期反应。结果,实验组鸡的增重显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞及滤泡腔内胶质均呈现功能活动旺盛的构相。从而说明:甲状腺在光照影响肉鸡生长发育的机制中起重要作用。实验还对星布罗肉鸡的甲状腺激素释放途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The starbro broilers were housed under the intermittent light, which brought out the obvious reaction of light rhythm. The results showed that there was significant difference (P<0.01)ir. the body weight between the broilers of group supplied with light and the control group. Both the follicular cell and the follicular colloid in thyroid gland revealed highly active structural features under the light. This indicated that the thyroid gland plays an important role in the mechanism in which the light influences the growth and development of broiler. The way of thyroxine release of starbro broiler was also discussed in this paper. |
